Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade work. Each piece is crafted to order, which affects processing and delivery timelines.
Processing Times (Handmade)

Made to order: typically 5–10 business days to craft before shipment.

Ready to ship: leaves our studio in 1–3 business days.

During launches/holidays, processing may extend; we’ll post notices when applicable.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship from the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Rates and options (Standard, Expedited) are shown at checkout.

Addresses: Please enter a complete, accurate address. We aren’t responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Because our pieces are handmade to order, we do not issue refunds for packages that are lost, stolen, marked “delivered” but not received, or delivered later than expected by the carrier.
Here’s how we’ll support you instead:

We’ll help you file a carrier claim and provide any documentation we can.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier (undeliverable/insufficient address), we can re-ship once it arrives back; additional postage will apply.

If you’d like a replacement for a lost or stolen package, we can re-make the item at a discounted remake fee plus shipping (subject to materials availability).
Tip: Choose a secure delivery location or add signature confirmation at checkout when available. If you want added protection, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance/order protection if offered at checkout.
Damage on Arrival or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email aiyah@aiyah.co within 14 days of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging and the item

A brief description of the issue
We’ll repair, replace, or resolve the issue promptly. (This section is separate from “lost/late”—we will make it right for damage or fulfillment mistakes.)
Delivery Timeframes (Estimates)

Domestic Standard: usually 3–7 business days after shipment.

Domestic Expedited: usually 2–3 business days after shipment.
Carrier estimates are not guarantees; weather, holidays, and carrier capacity can cause delays.
International Shipping (if enabled)

Transit times vary by country and service.

Duties/taxes/fees are collected by your local customs and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Customs delays are outside our control; we do not refund for customs-related delays or refusals.
Address Changes & Order Edits

Need to update your address? Email info@aiyah.co within 8 hours of purchase. If the order has shipped, we can’t redirect it.

We can’t combine orders after checkout; each order ships separately.
Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us (e.g., insufficient address, unclaimed, refused), we’ll contact you. We can re-ship for the actual postage cost. Unclaimed returns are held for 14 days.
Ownership & Risk

Title and risk pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. We’ll support carrier investigations but cannot guarantee outcomes.
